openVZ + Ubuntu 12.04 - Problem Unable to open pty: No such file or directory

Sobald ich den Virtuellen Server starten möchte bekomme ich folgenden Fehler:
Unable to open pty: No such file or directory

Laut google soll folgende Lösung funktionieren:
vzctl exec VEID /sbin/MAKEDEV /dev/pty
vzctl exec VEID /sbin/MAKEDEV /dev/tty

Das funktioniert nur leider auch nicht, deshalb finde ich aktuell keine wirklichen brauchbaren lösungen.

Schon folgendes probiert ?

To Fix this issue permanently:

1. Edit the file /etc/rc.sysinit of the VPS server

2. Comment the line
#/sbin/start_udev

3. Add the following lines after /sbin/start_udev:

/sbin/MAKEDEV tty
/sbin/MAKEDEV pty

4. Reboot your VPS
vzctl restart VEID

Oder:

vzctl exec veid update-rc.d -f udev remove
vzctl restart veid

Naja ganz so einfach ist es dann doch nicht ;)
1. In meinem Container gibt es keine /etc/rc.sysinit und 2. Habe ich alle Google Treffer bis Seite 6 genutzt, danach wiederholt es sich.

For an APT-based system, e.g. Debian or Ubuntu run:
update-rc.d -f udev remove
